We are a licensed totalisator, operating from the Isle of Man since 2006.

Our small team is making global contributions to the world of tote wagering.

Damon Waddington

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Damon is from Colchester, England and joined PGI in 2017 with an extensive background in finance, audit and e-gaming.

His previous roles include Finance Director at Webis Holdings Plc and senior finance positions with corporate service providers on the Isle of Man.

Karen O'Reilly

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Karen joined PGI in 2022 and is an experienced Chartered Accountant in the e-gaming sector.

Karen overseas the finance function, planning and forecasting in line with strategic goals, as well as driving the business forward into new commercial offerings.

Ray Sharman

COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE

Ray is from London, England and joined PGI in 2013 with vast experience in racing and wagering.

His previous roles include Trading Manager at Tote Bookmakers and Operations Manager at Equinella.

Paul Williamson

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Paul is a PGI veteran and an Isle of Man native. He brings 20yrs experience in tote wagering and been with PGI since 2007.

Paul oversees technical project implementations and provides senior Tote System expertise to the rest of the team.

Steve Fletcher

IT MANAGER

With 40 years IT experience, Steve leads our IT team with a passion for innovation and efficiency.

Specialising in strategic technology solutions, he is committed to enhancing user experience and driving organisational success.

Connor Beckett

LEAD DEVELOPER

Connor is a Computer Science graduate, joining PGI in 2017.

Connor currently leads the PGI development team focusing on numerous projects and bespoke technical solutions.

Dave Ball

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Dave is from Bolton, England and has been at PGI since 2016, with extensive experience in Technical Operations, Customer Service and Team Leadership.

His previous roles include 16 years in the Document Management Industry, operating at Director level.

Dudley Kotzen

COMMERICALS MANAGER

Dudley is from Johannesburg, South Africa and joined PGI in 2019 with a strong background in technology and wagering, hailing from a family that is steeped in Horse Racing in South Africa.

His previous roles include seven years as International Sales Manager at Phumelela and a cumulative of thirty years in Information & Broadcast Technology..

PGI is committed to giving back to the Isle of Man community through partnerships, sponsorship and engagement.

PGI like to engage in various events and challenges over the year, with a focus on raising awareness and helping with charitable causes.

Pictured (center) is Ashley Burgess who completed the Parish Walk, a 24 hour endurance challenge. In doing so, Ash raised enough money to extend a public defibrillator network that is ran by a local charity.

PGI takes its social responsibilities seriously and makes annual contributions to responsible gambling programmes.

In accordance with condition 8 of our license, we are pleased to support GamCare Isle of Man which is a free and confidential service offering information and practical help by phone or via face to face counselling.
